2024 has been an incredible year for The Healthy Mummy, and we’re so proud of everything we’ve achieved together. The heart of our journey has always been community and support. We’ve celebrated remarkable weight loss stories and countless non-scale victories, proving that success is about more than just the numbers on the scale.

We’ve also introduced exciting new recipes, workouts into The Healthy Mummy app, and increased our expert-led guidance, all designed to help you live your healthiest life. Behind the scenes, our dedicated team has worked tirelessly to bring you the best tools, resources, and support to keep the magic happening.

Yes I’m about 8 kgs heavier than when I last wore these but I don’t care.

What is currently stopping you from achieving your goals?

Dinners don’t have to be complicated when my 3 kids will happily eat everything on a platter plate!
A rainbow 🌈 plate apparently, according to my daughter.
Our go to dinner on a warm night, and yesterday in Melbourne it certainly was.

3 years of consistent effort. My journey has been slower than others and i had to run my own race and not compare my journey to others. Weight loss while battling mental health issues is freaking hard, but absolutely worth it.
2021 I was suffering with anxiety and PND. I started with the tiniest commitment that i could keep. A 5minute workout consisting of 5 movements. 1min of each movement with about 30 secs of rest. Star jumps. Pushups. Hizeman run. Squats. Burpees. This tiny workout that i was able to show up and do daily because it was so small my brain had a hard time finding an excuse to get out of it, was the beginning of the biggest changes.
