Just because it’s a tiny house, it doesn’t mean that you have to sacrifice all that much room — especially when you invest in the latest prefab home we spotted on Amazon, which has ample outdoor space. This tiny home measures 20 by 20 feet and has a huge front porch, perfect for relaxing and enjoying fresh air in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

Curb appeal aside, the house stands out for its two-bedroom layout, which also features a bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Best of all, buying a house couldn’t be easier. Click a button and this 20-foot abode is charged to your card, shipped from the warehouse, and plopped on your land for you to make your own.

Tiny House Modern Prefab Steel Home, 20-feet

Made of steel, this prefab house comes backed with a three-year warranty and lifetime maintenance. The roof extends over the 20-foot porch, framed by a design-forward post-and-beam entryway.

Inside, the house comes equipped with a kitchen and bathroom, while the rest of the house can be customized (although the seller notes that customization may cost more than the listed price). The current blueprints feature two bedrooms, but you can likely customize it to have just one or you can turn one room into a home office. The modular house is designed to be easy to transport and install, and even able to be dismantled and moved somewhere else.

This gorgeous 24-by-20-foot cabin from Allwood Outlet, based in North Carolina, is built with solid Nordic spruce, from the vaulted ceiling to the floorboards. It includes a 190-square-foot living area, two rooms measuring 83 and 64 square feet, and an additional 150-square-foot sleeping loft. Bear in mind that it doesn’t come with a bathroom or kitchen, so you might want to use parts of the ground floor to install those yourself. The seller says it “takes about two weeks for two adults” to assemble the Getaway 2 cabin, “exclusive of foundation work.”

Barn Homes Expandable Tiny House, 20ft

From the Sacramento-based Barn Estate Group, this sleek yet simplistic container home is 20 by 20 feet and encased in stainless steel siding. With plenty of windows to let light in, this tiny home’s living space is ample and customizable, with a kitchenette and two bedrooms, one of which could easily be turned into an office.
