Choosing to live in a tiny home doesn’t have to mean sacrificing all luxury. In fact, this two-story prefab container house at Amazon comes move-in ready and has not one but three balconies, two bedrooms, a full floor of living space, and a sleek cabin-like aesthetic. You might even be glad to give up square footage when you envision yourself sipping your morning coffee on the deck or lounging on the couch in front of large picture windows. (And, we bet you’ll even have plenty of storage space for your checked bags and carry-on luggage!)
Two-story Tiny House With Balcony
True to the trendy and contemporary box modern building style, this tiny house has industrial stainless steel siding and a stark blockish shape. The ground floor measures about 26-by-20 feet and contains a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and living room, plus the house’s only bathroom. The top floor overhangs, adding six feet to the total width. It contains two equal-sized rooms, each with sliding glass doors leading out to private, covered balconies, and a 20-foot rooftop terrace.Â
According to the seller — The Grand Carnival Palace, which lists other tiny houses on Amazon — the home comes with “energy-saving features and appliances to reduce utility costs and promote an eco-friendly lifestyle.” The $50,000 price includes appliances and a built-in air conditioning unit.
If you’re curious about the exact layout, the floor plans are also included. Check out the first story here:
And the second story, which shows off the double balconies, as well as the huge terrace off to the side:

Three-bedroom Tiny Home With Terrace
At the same price point as the house featured, this three-bedroom abode has even more space. It measures 40 feet in length and comes with two living areas and two bathrooms — really, not so tiny. The stairs to the second floor are outside, leading up to a spacious rooftop balcony. You can customize the exterior with different options for siding and windows, which means that floor-to-ceiling glass walls can be yours.
One-bedroom Cabin With Rooftop Deck
The one-bedroom layout of this tiny cabin maximizes space across 800 square feet. The first floor contains the kitchen, bathroom, and lounge area, while the upstairs is the bedroom and balcony. Sliding glass doors are located on the ends of the house on both floors, allowing natural light to drench the interior. The exterior spiral staircase is a fun touch, and you can get it all for about $30,000.
