For the last 10 years I have been obsessed with travelling. I am on an absolute mission to visit every country in the world, I’m currently on 43 countries. I first started travelling when I was 17, with the main purpose of deciding whether I wanted to pursue teaching or nursing at university. My first trip was volunteering in India which I absolutely loved and then started to think about visiting everywhere and experiencing every different culture. This is when I fell in love with travelling, and the plan to go everywhere began.
My new life motto became: go everywhere, see everything, and do everything. I’m unfortunately not a huge fan of sitting on the beach for a holiday, so this also contributed to my desire to travel everywhere. I love to immerse myself in different cultures, have lots of experiences and adventures, and I really enjoy taking photos. In 2023, while traveling in South America, I started posting reviews and recommendations on my Instagram. People were really interested and followed along with my travels, so that’s when I began sharing my love of travelling more actively. My aim was to share my travels with people and post honest reviews of everywhere I go. In Scotland, a common and my favorite saying is, “Here we go!” So, here we go—Amy in China!
