Hello! My name is Veronica Roberts. I have been on this journey for over eight years now and have so much to share. I help women by providing a system that includes workouts, nutritional guide and step by step recipes that take the guesswork out to achieve your goal and a support community for that accountability piece. Having the right tools, support and consistency is key to a successful journey. As a coach my objective is provide the tools and provide a space for women to strive in building a healthy lifestyle and build confidence.

What has kept you motivated?

My motivation to keep going on this journey is the knowledge that I am adding time to my life as I age.

How have your eating habits evolved?

I changed my eating habits by implementing the nutrition tools found on the fitness platform that I have been using for eight years and leaning into the support. For six years now, I have been vegan. Exploring different foods has helped me develop a better relationship with food.

What is your workout routine?

My workout routine is based on the program I choose and commit to for the month. For the month of May, I am doing a 21-day program that includes cardio, strength training, core, Pilates, and Yoga for 30 minutes a day. I get a taste of everything!

When did you start your journey? What is your starting weight and current weight?

My journey started way before losing the weight after having my son in 2009. I have lost 30lbs and maintained it. I am currently at 145lbs.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned so far?

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is this that journey won’t be perfect. You have to work at it every day and find what works for you.

What advice would you like to share with women who want to lose weight?

My advice to women who want to lose weight is just start, Sis. Find a tribe who are gonna be there to support you wholeheartedly. Lean into the process, be honest with yourself, and never quit no matter how hard it gets.
